Shipping Paintings

I take great care to package my paintings appropriately to ensure they arrive in your hands in the same condition they left mine. For original paintings listed on my site, you will be charged $15-$30 upon purchase of your painting. This charge is to cover the cost of shipping. The packaging materials are included in the listing price. You will not be presented with an additional invoice after your purchase. For all of my original paintings, I purchase shipping insurance to cover any unforeseen damages during the shipping process. So far this has not been an issue.

Most orders will be shipped in 5-10 business days via USPS priority mail or UPS ground shipping, depending on the size of the products. You will receive a tracking number via email once it has shipped.

Policies

All paintings and prints are final sale unless there is proof of damage during shipping.

Commission deposits are non-refundable, however may be used towards a future commission if you change your mind before I’ve started working on it. Commissions can take up to 3 months to complete.

Kendal Jacques reserves the right to use and sell reproductions of sold work to promote her work. The artist herself retains all reproduction rights. Any artwork may not be reproduced by any process without proof of permission of Kendal Jacques herself.

Photos of Work

I try my very best to take accurate photos of my work. That said, there is always the chance that images of the work might vary slightly from what the work looks like in person. Please consider this when purchasing work.

Framing

I often sell work unframed and framed. If a work is sold unframed, I am happy to consult on framing and offer any guidance I can. Please reach out to me to inquire about framing. Two of my favorite recommendations for clients who would like to frame work themselves are Framebridge.com and Frameusa.com.

If I sell work framed I try to price the frame at as close to cost as I can, with a small addition for labor.
